  • Consultation and Mentoring: All advice and strategies provided during mentoring sessions are tailored to each client’s needs but should not be considered as a guarantee of specific results.

  • Kajabi Funnels and Content Strategy: These services are designed to provide strategic guidance and implementation support, but Zoe Newlove is not responsible for the direct success of any marketing or business activities post-delivery.

3.Payment Terms

  • Fees: All service fees are clearly outlined on the website or in direct communication and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of the services, refunds are not typically provided. However, in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, rescheduling or partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Booking and Cancellation

  • Consultations and Sessions: All bookings for services such as power hours, strategy days, or ongoing mentorship must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or additional time will be provided for late arrivals.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the most out of our services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and mentoring sessions.

  • Take responsibility for implementing the strategies and advice provided.

  • Communicate openly and honestly during the mentoring process.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, content strategies, and resources provided during mentoring sessions or through the website remain the intellectual property of Zoe Newlove Business & Marketing Mentor. Clients may use these materials for personal business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zoe Newlove Business & Marketing Mentor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or advice. While every effort is made to provide accurate and useful information, the client assumes full responsibility for their own business decisions and outcomes.
