As always, I have a soft spot for brands with a great story, and Indie Lee is one of those that represent what I believe in when choosing my skincare.
Indie Lee, sadly had a brain tumour, of which she survived. She was told environmental toxins were the leading culprit, and from then she decided she wanted to create a line of glamorous green products, from the best natural ingredients for the face and body.

“Indie Lee is devoted to making all natural beauty products from the world’s finest ingredients. What you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it. We must nurture our soul to let our inner beauty shine through. Live life to the fullest, one moment at a time.” Indie Lee.
Having only tried two products in the range, I am now keen to try more. Just look at the packaging, finally a natural skincare brand that gets sexy packaging. Yes I described the bottles as sexy, but I just love it. From the matte glass bottle, to the simple blue band to the strong but again simple font, finished off with silver detailing. I would be more than happy to display these guys on my bathroom shelf.
To the products themselves, as I mentioned in my last post, my AM to PM skincare routine, I have been  using these regularly and the results have been extremely enjoyable. The COQ-10 Toner is an alcohol free, 100% natural formula designed to balance and revive the skin. Key ingredient COQ-10 targets wrinkles and it repairs and regenerates the face. Aloe Vera and Hyaluronic Acid, two ingredients that always put a smile on my face, making this toner hydrating and refreshing. Since using it I have found my pores to be less noticeable and any shine throughout the day  significantly decreased
As for the Squalane Facial Oil, eurgh, I cannot get enough of this stuff. I have actually been using it morning and evening some days. The main focus of this product is to help improve the elasticity of the skin, whilst boosting cell generation and oxygenation. Again totally natural, no nasties here. I take two drops, warm them up in the palm of my hand and press over the face. As the formula is not at all greasy it just sinks right into my skin. I would love everyone to embrace using facial oils in their skincare, as they are easier for the skin to absorb and provide great results.
I really want to try the Brightening Cleanser next as it doubles up as an exfoliating mask too. They also have a Vanilla Citrus Moisturising Oil which just sounds fabulous. They are definitely on my wish list.
Hands up if you want to try more natural skincare? *high five*

  • Love, love, love Indie Lee’s skincare! I actually met her in June when she was visiting from New York as I won $1,000 worth of her products in a competition on Earth Day 2014 She is AMAZING. I have a lot of favourites in my collection from her range. You have to try the Vanilla Citrus Oil & Coconut Citrus Body Scrub!

I have the eye balm, which is a lovely, rich balm if you suffer from dehydrated or dry eyes. I’d like to try their spot treatment as it’s meant to be really effective xx
