Who doesn’t love flowers? I love having a vase full of bright blooms next to my desk whilst I work, they just brighten my day. My dream home would be full of sunflowers and peonies and roses. I would have vases in every single room (I imagine a big house). Flowers make me feel all the happy feels. As silly as it sounds, flowers also make me feel close to my mum. Growing up I would always watch her trim all the stems and carefully arrange flowers into fancy glass vases. She would get lost in the moment and it would make her so happy to just have those ten minutes to herself. Whenever I trim stems now, I always think of my mum and smile.
