January Make-up Bag Edit.

January Make-up Bag Edit Zoe Newlove La Roche Posay BB Blur, Urban Decay Brow Tamer, bareMinerals BARE SKIN Complete Coverage Concealer, Charlotte Tilbury lipstick

I have come to realise I always use the same make-up. Day in. Day out. So this year folks, an an attempt at using up more of my ever growing beauty stash, I plan to change what I wear every single month. Introducing a monthly round up of make-up is nothing fresh in terms of the blogging game, these kinds of posts have been circulating the waters since the beginning of time, but I have never done this before. So here it goes.

First into the ring is La Roche Posay Effaclar BB Blur Instant Oil Absorbing Coverage Cream Mousse. In short, a mattifying bb cream. I have a feeling this product is going to rather ruddy popular in Spring and Summer. You cannot feel it on the skin, it is designed to be like a film that just glides across the surface instantly minimising the appearance of pores, masks redness and evening out my skin tone. It is not full coverage but it does enough to any imperfections for you to feel comfortable. I will do a full review soon, but just so you know now, I love it.
Another newbie in the mix is the bareMinerals BARE SKIN Complete Coverage concealer. On a good skin day, I could wear this dotted over the essential places, just by itself. A little goes an extremely long way and again, I feel like I am wearing NOTHING. It is if by magic my flaws are erased.
I am as ever a busy little bee and therefore just a wash of eyeshadow, I like Benefit Cosmetics Long Lasting Powder Eyeshadow and this month I chose the shade Kiss Me, I’m Tipsy, a beautiful spicy brown. Not to be completely boring I popped the Benefit They’re Real Blue mascara onto the lashes too.
The MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Bronze Fusion bronzer is perhaps the best bronzer I have come across for pale skin folk. Bold statement that. Extremely natural and very soft to apply. For just a dash more colour I have been loving the Inika All Natural Mineral Blush Puff Pot. It is so adorable, so annoyed I did not photograph it properly here. It gives a gorgeous rosy glow  – and no brush needed!
Brows brought to you this month by Kiko Cosmetics and Urban Decay – the brow groomer of which I thought was a clear gel but actually, it is tinted in the name of Taupe, how about that for a surprise.
And at the finishing line, we end this post in style with Charlotte Tilbury Amazing Grace lipstick.

How are you resolutions going? Are you having a great January or did you get struck by flu like me earlier this week? Monday I thought I was dying, but now Friday is here and all is fantastic again. Funny eh?
