Make up Store Microshadow | A Review

Make Up Store review
Make Up Store Microshadow

Make Up Store. Another brand that I had never heard of.
Baobella brought this brand to my attention, via this little eyeshadow.
One of the leading make-up brands over in Sweden, the founder Mika wanted to create a “world of colours” and for customers to enjoy the full shopping experience. Beautifully packaged products and top class customer service will always be a part of the Make Up Store experience.
Through the entire range you can find yourself a wide spectrum of adjustable colours to fit everyone. The products themselves contain rich pigmentation and are produced solely from top quality ingredients. The products have not been tested on animals and are completely perfume free.
I got sent one of their Microshadows to try in the shade Deadly.
The packaging for a singular eyeshadow is quite bulky, but I automatically compared it to that of a M.A.C eyeshadow.  It is however a really sturdy container for the eyeshadow pan to sit in so I wouldn’t ever worry about cracking it if I were to drop it.
This eyeshadow I found to be extremely pigmented, and when I applied the colour to my eyelids it stayed true to the colour in the pan. You sometimes find eyeshadows are not as bold as they appear to be on application. I must say the quality of this eyeshadow is absolutely brilliant. It felt ever so soft, and blended like a dream. I was very impressed. You can also use this eyeshadow mixed with Mixing Liquid to make it waterproof or to turn it into a liquid liner. The pigment and texture is even suitable to use as a blush, which I have never come across in an eyeshadow before.
There are an amazing 96 shades available retailing for £9.50 each. I personally think considering how much product you get and the variety of ways you can use these Microshadows the price is on point.

You can see from these photographs just how nicely this eyeshadow blended out. I love the colour, just a simple neutral brown which would suit every eye colour.

The colour is nice enough to wear alone but if you wanted to dress it up a bit you could always apply a shimmery pigment just to the centre of your eye lid, just like I have in the image above.

I am definitely keen to try more from this brand and I will be purchasing more of their eyeshadows without fail. Thank you so much Baobella for sending this my way, another fantastic product from you guys.
Hope you enjoyed this post!
See you soon!
