When I first opened this Arbonne Blush in the shade Blossom, I immediately thought: Nars Orgasm Dupe. The two shades are very similar indeed, except Orgasm swings more towards being pink, whereas Blossom is definitely more of a peach.
Initial thoughts to one side for a second, the packaging is really sweet. I love how simple it is, totally practical. Small and compact, with a clear “window” in the lid so you can see which colour you are picking up. Yes, the size isn’t that great when you think you are spending £20, however, my opinion soon changed on swatching and wearing this blush.
In the above photographs, you can see the swatches on my hand. Without flash, you can see what I mean by the blusher having a strong pigment, it really is a lovely peachy tone with flecks of gold running through. However, with flash, you can see the shimmer a lot more efficiently. In different light this blusher looks totally different, but always giving a healthy glow to the skin.
When applied with a brush, you seriously need to pick up the teeniest, tiniest amount, as the colour pay off is remarkable. A little of this stuff really goes a long way, giving a really lightweight finish and soft texture. If you are heavy handed with blusher this may not be for you as you will only end up with far too much on your cheeks. A very gentle sweep of this product will make do for both sides of your face. Therefore, referring back to my original statement of believing you get hardly any product for the price, I take that back… this product will last a very long time as you barely need any at all.
This is the only shade I have so far from Arbonne, but I definitely will be buying some more for my kit. I was really impressed and I am looking forward to trying out more make-up from the range. If you haven’t heard of Arbonne, you can find out more in an old post I wrote when I reviewed some skincare from this brand…. click here.

May the force be with you…
