Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Routine

Anastasia Beverly Hills, brow architect to the stars, an absolute hero, with one of the most sought after make-up lines under her empire. The Brow Queen.
Brow Wiz and DipBrow Pomade have been on my wish list since the dawn of time. It was only when I stumbled upon Cult Beauty that I realised I could finally get my hands on these products. Having seen many a make-up artist in America swearing by this brand, I had to see what all the fuss was about.
There was actually a waiting list, yes a waiting list for these products. And so, I waited, and waited… until.. KAPOW, the package of dreams landed on my desk.

I ordered DipBrow Pomade in shade Blonde. My hair is currently brunette, but as I am naturally quite fair, as are my brows (understatement), I decided to purchase the lightest shade. I had read reviews which suggest this pot will last some time, and knowing me, and I like to think I know me well, I will undoubtedly be blonde again, in the near future.
DipBrow Pomade is basically like a gel eye liner but for your eyebrows, a formula designed to be easy to use, waterproof, smudge proof, the answer to your prayers and long lasting eyebrow perfection. The gel mousse consistency glides on effortlessly and adheres to each individual hair, so the end result, is pretty fabulous darling. You literally need the teeniest tiniest amount, as a little goes a really long way, which makes the retail price a bargain at £15. Considering I would go through 2 M.A.C Eyebrow Pencils in Fling a month, at £13 each, I think I am on to a winner here. It is available through Cult Beauty in four other shades too.
Brow Wiz, oh this is just amazing, I got the shade Medium Ash, the colour recommended for those with light to medium brown hair. You will remember me saying that I could never replace M.A.C Fling, well, I will eat my words and spit them out as THIS EYEBROW PENCIL…. IT IS LIFE CHANGING. I have completely walked over to the dark side, and I am forever here to stay. Anastasia Beverly Hills, you are a legend. The ultra fine pencil is both the perfect shape, but the perfect density. Some pencils are either too soft or too hard, but this, is just SPOT ON. One end consists of the retractable pencil and the other a brow brush.
See how I used these in my new brow routine below….

Oh the naked brow is just an embarrassment to mankind, I apologise.
I first filled my brows in with the DipBrow Pomade using a random angle brow brush I found in my kit, following the direction of my hair.
I then used the brow brush to brush this through the hairs.
I took the Brow Wiz gently through the brows, adding more definition, just using gentle brush strokes.
With a flat concealer brush I tidied up and highlighted my arch using Illamasqua Skin Base Concealer.
I than continued to layer on the rest of my face…
Eyes: Illamasqua Eyeshadow in Heroin, M.A.C Eyeshadows Embark, Woodwinked and Carbon, Urban Decay White Glittery eyeshadow, M.A.C Blacktrack Gel liner and Ardell Demi Wispies.
Base: Antipodes Mineral Powder Foundation, Illamasqua Eyeshadow Heroin (Contour) Illamasqua Gleam in Supernatural
Lips: M.A.C Boldly Bare Lipliner.
