Soap & Glory | The Daily Smooth Body Butter | A Review

Hello lovelies!

I have finally FINALLY purchased my first ever Soap & Glory product. Every beauty blogger, man and his dog have tried this brand but for some reason I never had got round to buying anything from Soap and Glory. 

I recently travelled back to the UK and whilst in Boots, during a frantic beauty haul, I picked up this moisturiser, The Daily Smooth Body Butter. I needed a moisturiser and the first one I saw was this, I didn’t even look at it properly. All I read were the words “body butter” and I thought,  yup, that will do me nicely.

 The same evening I bought this product, I got home and ran myself a bath and had a reet good pamper session. The first thing I noticed about this body butter, upon dolloping a great big splodge into my hand, was the smell. Containing Rose Hip Oil and Cocoa butter this moisuriser smelt goooooooooood. 

Considering it is designed for dry skin, I expected it to be really heavy and take forever to soak in, but it in actual fact it is just the right consistency and didn’t take long at all to absorb into my skin. I felt instantly hydrated and was so happy with the fragrance. I can safely say this will be a firm favourite this Summer and I have a feeling I will need a bigger bottle. 

A quick note about the packaging. I love the squeezy tube. My usual moisturisers are in the form of a pump and I find when they are near the end I cannot get the last bits out as the inner tube for the pump does not reach the bottom. A tube you can easily squeeze out every last bit. 

In the morning I could still smell this body butter, and my skin felt silky soft. I would highly recommend this product. For only £8.50 it is great value for money too.

I really want to try one of the body scrubs next but cannot decide which one to choose first?
