Luxury Lip Editions.

One day I will write about my entire nude lip collection, it really is all I ever wear. When you find that perfect nude lip liner and creamy lipstick finish, I feel totally kick ass. Today, however, I just wanted to dedicate a post to my two latest additions, I am completely obsessed. Paired together, these two products are incredible, the lip liner has a great texture and can be worn alone, but with the lip stick/blam on top it, just wow.

Hourglass. Volumes of luxury, a brand I adore and wish I owned more of their beautiful products. *sighs*. Their GIRL Lip Stylos, the Moisturising Coloured Lip Balms, I need them all, in every single shade. However, for now, I am quite content with the deep rose beige shade, Influencer. Quite apt for a blogger no? The formula is so smooth, so silky, it just glides onto your lips. Considering this is a balm, with a hydrating blend of shea butter, jojoba, mimosa and sunflower seed, the colour pigment is fabulous. My lips are always dry but since I have been wearing this most days, they feel in much better condition. This formula genuinely does nourish and provide moisture to dry lips. What I love even more, you don’t have to go buy a silly big ass sharpener – there is no need for sharpening as you just twist the bottom to release more product. Oh, Hourglass I do love you.

I was totally obsessed with this Rosie for Autograph Eyeshadow palette, and even more so after she tweeted me – GOALS. Anyway, when I received one of the new Lip Definer’s I was over the moon. Lip liners are my second favourite makeup products (brow products being first obv) and the shade Camisole is stunning. I love all of the names in the collection, such as Supermodel, Dolly and Silk. The packaging, like the rest of the range, is really pretty and has an expensive feel to it. The formula is fairly decent, it isn’t super long lasting, but does wear well – especially, after a couple of drinks. It isn’t at all drying and is the right balance between soft, and too hard that it drags. I would say, this is very nearly on parr with my favourite Charlotte Tilbury Pillowtalk lip liner, now that is a bold statement.

What are your thoughts on these brands? Have you tried any of their lip products before?
