Clinique Make-up Treats…
It literally felt like Christmas had come early when I received this amazing package of new make-up from Clinique. Just look at all that PRETTY. A girl can never, ever have enough make-up. Let’s talk about all this newness shall we?
As I am sure every girl does, I have a severe weakness for eyeshadow palettes. The Pretty Easy Eye Palette has my name all over it, with each shade being wearable for every day and to be taken through to the evening, I will get SO much use out of this. The formula of these eyeshadows is designed to be really long wearing, and it is so lovely to apply. Blends like a dream and the pigment is exactly as shown in the palette – nothing chalky or translucent here. A huge fan of the new Clinique Skinny sticks, I love that there are mini ones in this palette. Shade 3, the burnt copper and the brown eye liner are divine together and I have been wearing this combination daily.
Another palette that I have been enjoying is the new Pretty Easy Brow palette, great for when on the go and you want to touch up your brows – the shade is wonderful for blondes. You can’t go wrong with this.
The chaps I got most excited about, have to be the Clinique Pop Lip Colour and Primer. Hello there – a primer in a lipstick? Yes, that is correct. The pigment is truly stunning, and not at all drying on my lips. In fact, it feels rather balmy, so you know your lips are being hydrated well. I am wearing Sugar Pop in the photos below, a gorgeous deep nude that is amazing for every day. If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen me wearing a beautiful berry shade recently on a night out, this was the shade Raspberry Pop.
Lip liners are what make me giddy. I actually wear a lip liner, by itself, more often than a lipstick. The Quickliner for Lips Intense, is – and this is a bold statement – one of the best formulas I have come across. Creamy, but controlled. You know, you want a soft application – that glides – but you also want the application to be precise and to not slip. It doesn’t dry out my lips and stays put for a really impressive time. Intense Cafe is a gorgeous brown nude that I paired with Sugar Pop. I am going to ask Father Christmas very nicely for every single shade.
All of the Chubby Sticks, from the lip balm formula to the eyeshadows, are amazing and so simple to use. I am wearing the Cheek Colour balm Chubby Stick in shade Amp’d up Apple and it gives a beautiful natural flush to my skin. I have been living in pink blusher so to wear something with a more natural hue is quite refreshing.
Clinique has something ridiculous like over 21 different mascaras, and the Chubby Lash is definitely a contender. It leaves my lashes looking super black – and not in the tacky way.
I have literally rambled on here, but there was just so much to show you, I had to get it all up in one go – I was too excited! I hope this post has maybe helped you to discover some new bits from Clinique. Let me know if you try any – or if there is anything I should be trying for sure!

I love clinique! Actually my current foundation is by clinique and is so far one of the best I’ve ever used for my skin type and it’s perfect to hide away all my scars. And I own a few lipsticks too, but you’re just making me want to buy even more.
It’s such a good brand!

I love Clinique. They’re a brand I totally trust when it comes to skincare, but I haven’t tried much of their makeup range before. These products sound amazing, so I may have to splash the cash a little on my next trip to Debenhams!xx
