The Berkley Hotel Afternoon Tea with Antipodes Organic Skincare

When it comes to skincare, Antipodes is a brand I reach for every single morning. Whether it be a serum, a cleanser or just a hand cream, every single day I will without a doubt use a product from them. I am utterly obsessed.

I was very kindly invited to an Afternoon Tea at The Berkley Hotel to discuss the launch of a brand new serum. Myself and Laura Lou turned up fashionably late, which is a no no, and we felt very silly. We joined a table of fabulous ladies including my favourites Sophie from The Beauty Informer, Megan from Wonderful You and Lydia from Lydia Elise Millen. I was so excited to see Carly Rowena, who is just a legend and you must check out her YouTube channel. I also got to finally meet Hayley from Frock Me I’m Famous. Who else was there? Josie, from Fashion Mumblr, who is always so lovely to talk to and every time I see this girl she is always impeccably dressed. I want your wardrobe gurl. I may have also had a slight fan girl moment when I got to meet Corrie from Dizzy Brunette, who is so sweet.

Of course the table would not have been complete without an array of Antipodes goodies alongside delicate plates filled with gorgeous sandwiches, glasses of prosecco and of course, the cake.

Afternoon tea at The Berkley hotel is like no other, inspired by the world of fashion, the menu of cakes and fancies is bright, bold and beautiful. Instantly I spotted the Moschino McDonald’s handbag, how cute!

I had a fabulous time and ate so much cake, but now onto the most important part, the glorious new serum. Introducing Worship Superfruit Antioxidant Serum. IT SMELLS AMAZING. Like, really, really, really awesome. Designed for those of us who are preparing our skin against the early signs of ageing, us girls in our twenties onwards. This delightful, lightweight formula contains blackberry, boysenberry, kiwi and their special ingredient, a superfruit complex Vinanza Oxifend Plus. Oh, and lots of essential fatty acids too. Basically, this is your daily dose of organic goodness. I am all for those organic vibes. Did I mention how good it smells?

I have been using this serum twice daily ever since the event, first cleansing with the Antipodes Juliet Skin Brightening Gel Cleanser, and all I can say is, this is skincare heaven. The cleanser will be getting a review all of it’s own, because it is truly that good. My boyfriend even commented on how nice my skin smelt! A first for everything ladies.
