Being the Head of Make-up Artistry for Crownbrush UK, I have been lucky enough to try all of their new make-up collection ahead of it being available online. Now that everything in the range is now out there, for you all to go ahead and buy, I thought I would pop up my own little review. I am so happy we have extended our make-up range and the products we have introduced are truly awesome. Being completely honest, I wasn’t expecting much as we are mainly a make-up brush brand, I thought it was very brave to add more to our make-up line, so I was completely surprised to find the quality to be as consistent as our brushes! Super professional whilst affordable too.

There is everything from Chubby Lip and Eye Pencils to Gel Eye Liners. My favourite is the Blush! Bronze!! Illuminate!!! Powder trio, which is a black circular compact, with a huge mirror on the inside, great for when you are on the go. I think this will be really popular throughout Spring and Summer as the shades are stunning, the highlighter is particularly beautiful – a champagne tone without being too shimmery.
The HD Effect Foundation Primer is really lightweight and feels undetectable on the skin, a great base to go underneath any foundation or tinted moisturiser. The HD Effect Under Eye Primer, for those of us that find concealer creases underneath the eyes, I suffer from dehydration lines and I find when I use this primer underneath a concealer it really helps to smooth the surface out and prevents any creasing.
Possibly my favourite eye liner? The Ultra Skinny Eye Marker, on trialling this for the first time, I actually gasped out loud as I have tried many felt tip style liners and to this day have never been as impressed as I was with that, as I know Heather from Porcelain Beauty would agree. It really is a great liner – I promise I am not just saying this because I work for the company, try it for yourself and you will see.
I put together a little make-up look using the Blue Steel Gel Eyeliner, the Volumising Mascara in Black, Fair Matte Bronzer and the lip liner you guys always ask me about on Instagram, Milk Chocolate, the best nude shade EVER. All of the lip liners from Crownbrush are stunning, I always find myself leaning to this shade, but I also love Cappucino and Mojave Rock. An absolute bargain at £2.99.
There is something for everyone here and I am excited to hear what you guys think of the new products. And as always, any questions you have in relation to our make-up brushes and products please feel free to pick my brains over on Twitter. Tweet me.
P.S You can see me playing with all of these products over on the Crownbrush UK YouTube channel, watch the Spring Make-up Tutorial!
