More M.A.C Cosmetics, surely not?

Pro Conceal and Correct Palette in Medium

I only went into M.A.C Cosmetics to pick up a couple of Eyebrow Pencils in Fling, but as per usual I got distracted by new shiny things. I spotted a selection of Pro Conceal and Correct Palettes, and they just looked so god damn great! I automatically went for the Light Palette, but the make-up artist said the Medium one would probably be a better one to have for my kit. So, trusting her, I bought this bad boy and I absolutely love it. I definitely will be buying the rest of the Pro Conceal and Correct Palettes as they are just so good to have in your professional kit. I have tubs, pots, and squeezy tubes of all shapes and sizes when it comes to concealer, it really is not ideal. This palette enabled me to stop carrying around so many individual products as everything I need is in one place.

The Medium palette contains FOUR Studio Finish Concealers in NC30, NW25, NC35, NW25 and then it also contains TWO Studio Finish Corrector shades in Mid Yellow and Mid Peach. You can use these individually or mix them up to custom blend your perfect shade.

Dangerous Cuvee and Constructivist Paint Pots

Not only did I pick up the brow pencils and the conceal and correct palette but I also picked up a new Pro Longwear Paint Pot in the shade Dangerous Cuvee and a normal Paint Pot in Constructivist.

The Pro Longwear Paint Pot, Dangerous Cuvee is described as a frosted, cool grey. I love this shade, a soft mauve with a gorgeous metallic feel to it. I was after some metallic shades to add to my kit as I had a shoot planned and metallic smokey eyes were on the cards. When you apply this colour to the lid it turned out to be a lot sheerer than I expected but I loved the finish nonetheless. These new generation paint pots are very typical  of the original paint pot, with no creasing, great longevity, easily blended and holds the colour well. I never will have a bad thing to say about these paint pots as I just love them, a must have for everyone.

Constructivist is a shade I have been wanting in my kit for a wee while now, and I am so happy to finally have gotten my hands on it.  It’s an earthy brown shade with red and gold fleck of shimmer running through it, which stops it from giving a matte finish. This is the perfect shade for creating a dirty, smokey, metallic brown eye and it really will suit everyone.

I hope you enjoyed this post guys!!
